Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair application of policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Mitigate HR-related risks and maintain an ethical work environment.
  • Implement performance evaluation processes to drive employee development and organizational success.
  • Provide guidance to managers in performance management and feedback.
  • Direct daily HR operations, including policy implementation, recruitment, and team management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a strategic Human Resources Leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred (example: SPHR or PHR)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
